Current director of The J. Babe Stearn Community Center, Tim Haverstock joins Larry in the studio as co-host to chronicle the dedication of The 50 Point Club of The J. Babe Stearn Center. What’s The 50 Point Club? It’s a celebration of those select few young men who, over the years, have had the rare distinction of scoring 50 points in a single basketball game.

Those esteemed ranks include Jed Taylor (Lehman), John Namciu (Timken), Mike Austin (Timken), Mike Miday (Timken), Rick Haverstock (Lincoln), Ryan Dopirak (Central Catholic), and C.J. McCollum (GlenOak).

One of those honorees, Rick Haverstock, is in studio to share what it exactly it feels like to score 50 points in game (a home game against Wooster) as well as reminisce about his days playing for the late great Coach Ken Newlon (to whom this show is dedicated).
